Playful learning sticks and is sustainable

Trying it out with simulations in a protected environment

Games trigger discussions and lead to insights

Just collecting knowledge does not help with implementation. Playful learning means that newly learned things can be tried out directly. Afterwards, the participants reflect on what has already worked well and where they still need to catch up. Then gaps can be actively closed.

Pilots (fortunately!) do not learn in an aeroplane - but in a simulator. Simulation is also very valuable in a business context, because if you make a mistake here, you won't break anything, but rather learn something. In this way, you can also expose yourself to difficult situations during training.

It's not about winning a game. It's about creating situations that can be discussed. As in real life, there is not always "right" and "wrong", but dilemmas to talk about. That creates important insights!

In our flyer you can learn more about the benefits of game-based learning, the elementary idea behind trans4motion games.

Our trans4motion games portfolio is carefully selected. We guarantee that we will select or develop the right game for you!
